HOW MUCH IS IT TO ENTER?

UK Athletics members receive a £3 discount on entering. Discount codes can be obtained directly from UK Running Clubs across the U.K or emailing us at info@enagecommunityevents.co.uk

HOW DO I GO ABOUT ENTERING?

The quickest and easiest way to enter is via our online registration system, which can be accessed through each event page.

Charity Places?

All registered charities are welcome to pre-purchase places into each RunWithMe? UK event, which they then sell to their supporters. All charity places are purchased at a charity discounted rate – RunWithMe? UK.

You will still be required to complete our RunWithMe? UK registration process in full. When purchasing a charity place, your charity will issue you with a discount code for 100% of the entry fee.

WHEN IS THE CLOSING DATE FOR ENTRY?

Entries will close at 28th April 2018 unless we have hit capacity before. we will ensure to best communicate this via email, and social media as to the amount of tickets available.

HOW WILL I KNOW I AM ENTERED?

A confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address. If you haven’t received your confirmation email, please check your junk folder and add us to your safe senders list.

CAN I ENTER ON THE DAY?

Limited entries may be available on event day unless all the tickets have already been sold before the event day.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO TAKE PART AS A TEAM?

Teamwork is what drives our events. Yes of course you can! We encourage teams and offer a discount entry for any teams of 2+ participants. If you have a work, sports, or social team and would like us to give you a shout out please send us a direct message via Facebook.

IS THERE AN AGE LIMIT FOR TAKING PART?

All entrants must be over the age of 15 years to enter the 10K distance for any of our UK events. The 5K distance we would love to invite all ages as low as 6years. All children under the age 15years must be accompanied by an adult.

I AM A WHEELCHAIR USER OR HAVE SPECIFIC ACCESS REQUIREMENTS, CAN I TAKE PART?

RunWithMe? UK encourage people of all abilities to enter our events and we always design our courses with inclusivity and safety in mind. If you would like to discuss specific requirements with our race Director please send us some further information to info@enagecommunityevents.co.uk and our team will be happy to help.

CAN I USE HEADPHONES?

Yes, however we do always say to be mindful of the public at our venues. Our courses are not near any roads or traffic.

CAN I RUN WITH MY DOG?

Sorry no, on this occasion but if you did want to run with your dog send us an email and we share with you some other events we organise that are dog friendly.

Race Packs – Will it arrive in the post?

Your race number and chip timing device will be collected at registration on the morning of the event.

DO I NEED TO REGISTER ON EVENT DAY?

Yes everyone will be required to arrive at registration. Please see key timing Key Timings:

08:00am – Registration Opens

09:10am – Mass warm up

09:30am – Race starts

WHAT DO I DO WITH MY TIMING STRIP?

Please refer to the diagram on the reverse of your running number for instructions as to how you should correctly wear your timing strip.

CAN I TAKE PART IN FANCY DRESS?

Yes, we love fun runners as well as those who want a physical challenge whilst raising money for your chosen charity.
